Great food, friendly staff. I have eaten at this place every time I'm in town. I recommend this place to family , friends and anyone who ask.

Fantastic New York Strip tonight! Perfectly cooked, and seasoned wonderfully. Great service too! I ate at the bar. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. I will definitely return!!

Waited 1 hour for food. 3 tables ordered after our table, recieved food 25 minutes before ours. Not impressed.

Usually this is the best place to get steaks..but it was over seasoned. When we told the staff, they acted like it was my fault. Still made us pay 4 a steak meal I couldnt eat. Rude. Just say sorry next time.

Awesome experience. Service was great! Staff was friendly! Food was top-notch! Got a steak, and was cooked to my satisfaction, with a buttery tenderness that just melts in your mouth. Second time here, and will be going back again in near future. Steakhouse prices, so expect to pay $18-40+ on a steak. The do have burgers too that are on average $10-15 a plate, and just as tasty as the steaks. Definitely worth a trip for the atmosphere and friendly staff!

Amazing food. Good price for quality. Service was excellent. I recommend the 24 oz bone in ribeye for two. Double up on the sides and you and your date wont be disappointed.

Wow. I ordered a big meal and I didn't feel half as full or uncomfortable as I do at other restaurants. They are doing things right!

A great selection of beer and a view that is breathtaking as evening shadows grow longer do well to set the mood. But we want steak-- right? It is hard to describe the sensory experience that overtakes your entire body with the first bite of steak from Cattleman's. Perfectly seasoned and cooked very true to the words "Medium Rare", served hot and ready to satisfy your appetite. Hints of butter and garlic combine with a perfect sear and tenderness that is sure to please. You WILL spend some money at Cattleman's-- this isn't some chain burger place in an airport-- but truly great things are worth it. Cattleman's IS a truly great thing when you are in Pierre.

Cattleman's Club is among the best steakhouses I've ever been to. That's not a claim that I make lightly as I've eaten in great restaurants all over the world. Every time I am in the area I go to the Cattleman's Club because the steak is always cooked to perfection.

I love this place. Both locations i have been to are great. Get the chizlic; you wont be disappointed.

Arrived at 5pm. Waited in line to get in. Seated our large group (20+) right away. Great beer and liquor selection. Service was great. I guess the only criticism I can come up with was a couple steals were slightly over. My medium rare was a full medium. On the pricey side but I really loved it.

Super good! So glad I made it here and hope to make it back again and again. The food was delicious and service was excellent! This would be my regular spot without a doubt. This is my first visit to Pierre and now I have to be sure to get back here so I can have dinner at Cattleman's!!!

Traveling through town, a local recommended it and we were not disappointed. Good selection of craft beers. On the way out we meet the owner and she recommended to restaurants in the area that we would like. The atmosphere was casual and laid-back, we were in town for bird hunting and about half of the people we're dressed similarly. Know for steak, and it was good, as were the other items our group ordered.

Went to dinnet with a friend. Dinner was great. I had a 10 oz. Prime Rib, cookes perfectly with green beans and a baked potato. Along with a baked potato it was excellent. Kari our server made the meal even better.

If you are ever in Pierre, SD this is a must. Best steaks and the dining area is very rustic with the sawdust on the ground. If you decide to go make sure you get there early to beat the rush. Also try the cowboy bites!

Always a great experience and great food. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes there is a wait but its really not bad. The last time we went was valentines day (very busy) and we only waited 45 minutes.

This place was amazingly good!!!! I was in the area on a hunting trip with my company and this meal is a tradition for the group they take. Everything our group had was awesome. Our server was awesome I believe it was Danelle. I wish I could come here as much as possible. I highly recommend this place! Oh I almost forgot theres an awesome view too!

Really good cuts of meat and can get some huge steaks. Steaks cooked really nice as well....the only way you should order a steak rare or medium rare.

Only $26 for a 14oz New York with Texas toast, potatoes and a bowl of soup (excluding the $4 corona while waiting). This dinner was the highlight our my business trip and worth the drive time and wait time because they were so busy. The staff was simply nothing short of amazing. The soup I had was right up there with some of the best I have ever eaten. Definitely recommended and not just a tourist thing either. Great atmosphere!
